The milk for our products have come from Jersey cows fed
on the lush river flat pastures of the Hastings Valley. Our cows eat
real grass. They make real milk like nature intended - rich, full-flavoured and
creamy. We think our milk is the finest Jersey milk available.
Jersey milk naturally has 15% more calcium and 17% more protein than
most other milk.
